1. Shipping Coverage & Zones

We ship products to serviceable pin codes across India. Our products are categorized into two zones:

• Local delivery zone: Covers locations close to our processing center, permitting delivery of both fresh and dried products.
• PAN India delivery zone: Covers states across India, permitting delivery of dried items and pickles that can withstand standard transit times.

2. Shipping Charges

• Prepaid Orders: We offer free shipping for all prepaid orders placed on our website. We highly encourage choosing online payment for a seamless delivery experience.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Cash on Delivery is available for select pin codes. An additional COD handling fee is calculated and added during checkout.

3. Order Processing & Estimated Delivery Timelines

• Processing Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days after payment verification.
• Transit Times:
  • Local Zone: Standard delivery takes 1 to 3 business days.
  • PAN India / Remote Zones: Standard delivery takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on the courier network accessibility in your region.

4. Order Tracking

Once your shipment is picked up by our logistics partner, we will automatically send you a confirmation message via SMS, WhatsApp, or email containing a unique tracking number.

Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking status to become active on the courier partner's tracking portal.

5. Delays & Unforeseen Events

While we guarantee prompt handoff to courier partners, delivery may occasionally be delayed due to severe weather, natural disruptions, national holidays, or courier hub congestion. We appreciate your patience and will coordinate with the courier partner to prioritize your delivery in such cases.
