Once an order is successfully placed on our website, it cannot be canceled or modified. Because we deal in fresh and perishable food items, order processing begins immediately to ensure quality. Please verify your delivery address, contact details, and item quantities before finalizing your payment.
All online payments are securely processed via Razorpay. We do not store or capture your credit/debit card details, net banking information, or wallet credentials. In the event of a payment failure, please check with your issuing bank or card provider. Any amount deducted due to failed transactions is automatically refunded by Razorpay/your bank within their standard timelines.
SeaSpur shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, delay in delivery, or errors in transit caused by our logistics partners. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the value of the order purchased.
